one. ¿Cuántos años tengo? ¿Qué estudié?

37 years.Unfortunately I did not culminate my university studies.I reached only three semesters of rights and economy.

2.What was my idea and when was born? What did I think?

Create my own brand of jeans and denim products called Adamas.A brand inspired by a textile that will never go out of style, the one that every woman has in her closet, with whom she feels safe, beautiful, sensual, casual.Today we are a company that bets on the internationalization of our products.I created a family where we are all indispensable and we support ourselves.A family of Colombians who believe what country is the hope for the 50 million we are and that day after day we work to see the country grow.

My idea was to make clothing in Denim, it was born in twenty08 when you work as an employee in a jeans factory.The denim is an extremely versatile textile, so we focus on diversifying it and giving the woman dozens of ways when wearing it, also giving her that feminine touch that characterizes them so much.

3 How did I realize it and take it to the facts?

My first job was in a jeans factory, there I learned the whole process, I met the suppliers of the raw material and also the preparation satellite workshops that helped me in the process of making that first stage of creation and preparation.

4.Where did I take the money to put it to walk and how did I pay it?

I made a loan on the bank for $ 5.000.000 was the best they lent me and with that I started my project.I paid that credit a year with the commercialization of my clothing.

5.What am I achieving with my entrepreneurship? What am I changing with my idea?

We are generating employment and benefiting many families.I am changing and innovating the way of dressing in a versatile, fresh, comfortable way and highlighting the beauty of women.

6.I'm happy?

Yes, with my wife Martha and my daughter.I have the blessing of having a woman who is my coequipera and I can say that we are the perfect complement.We believe that happiness is to make family and do everything for it, there is definitely true happiness.I am a man who was born to form a home and dream of raising the flag of Colombia, standing out not only as entrepreneurs but as inspiration for thousands and millions of young couples in the world who deserve resounding success.

7.Would my entrepreneurship sell my company?

Not, when one has fought so much to solidify it, the company becomes a life project.For us Adamas, is the last name we wore proudly.

8.How hard was it for me to undertake?

Very hard, at first nothing is easy, I had many inconveniences because when I started with my brand it was complicated to square the molding.The jeans were crooked, small, until we succeed.Many times I have felt that I can't anymore, because to make a brand you need a lot of money.Although we sell, we have often been tight for the support of the company and with all government taxes because even more difficult, that does not help much either.We started selling in the early morning, for those who do not know this sales figure, one must put their products in some small stand that are located in the halls of the El Gran San San San and it is only for hours for hours.It is made on Wednesdays and Fridays, so it is a sale against clock.Moments not easy and even painful.

Thank God I am fulfilling it because I have managed to form a company, I need to make it a multinational, so we have projected it to ten years.

Not, maybe in the beginning if I had done it, but now we are taking the form and meaning we expected.We have added value as entrepreneurs and we are extremely organized with money and we have categorically projected.

Be negative.Dreams are fulfilled if we work on them, if we are disciplined, humble, constant and before anything we must not forget where we come from and where are we going.

one4.Who inspired me?Who would I like to follow?

Who was my boss at that time, a very hardworking paisa.I have always said that paisas are to admire and inspire.I would like to follow the Inditex group.

one5. ¿Fracasé en algún momento? ¿Pensé en tirar la toalla?

We have crossed hard moments.With the pandemic we had to close 6 physical stores that were built with great effort, but we couldn't hold them anymore.I did not plan to throw in the towel I always thought of all those people who have helped me position Adamas.The challenge was to move on and cross one more test and start doing a different job emigrating to social networks and working online to continue attending our clients and conquering new.They have always been stronger to get ahead and that's why I didn't do it.
