1. How old are I?That I studied?

2. What was my idea and when was born?What did I think?

It all started when at the beginning of 2006, my husband and me, a couple of dreamers, with all the impetus and the need to consolidate a life project, we decided to create a business that had great potential and that would allow us to draw that love forDesign and fashion, which has always characterized us.

Thus Er-White was born, a jeans brand raises tail.From 2007 we create jeans exclusively for women, these pants are manufactured by head of family who are part of our work team, leaders who are passionate designing, making and making a country.

3. How did I realize it and take it to the facts?

I summarize it in ten letters T-R-A-B-A-J-A-N-D-O, facing every adversity that we were finding along the way, we decided to put aside negative things and we only focus on things that will help us grow.Knowledge and educational training have been very important pillars in our growth.

4- Where did I take the money to put it to walk and how did I pay it?

With the liquidation of the two, a loan that my uncle and personal savings made to us.

5- What am I achieving with my entrepreneurship?What am I changing with my idea?

6 Am I happy?

We are very happy because we have learned to enjoy this beautiful process, more than 70% of the people who are part of our payroll today, began to build this company that today is a family.With pride we can say that we have given that first opportunity that is long for when you are young, and starts in the work world.

8. How hard was it for me to undertake?

Whenever you start a new project you have to be clear that you will find adversities and we have not been exempt.We have ever in life in life but what happens after this is what really matters, what we are now, what is left of all those falls.He only thinks that each of us is the one who has the power to choose the path to which he will travel, you have to work hard to show that you chose the best.

9 Did I fulfill my dream?What I'm I missing of?

We dream of a lifetime with having a sustainable and enduring life project in the time that allowed us to transform lives, provide security, be support and facilitators of dreams, projects and goals.Today we can say with total peace of mind that all the people who have needed us have always found a friendly hand.

10. And now what?Whats Next?

Our next goal is the internationalization of the brand, we are working on the creation of new products, expanding our marketing channel investigating and innovating, this will give us the possibility of continuing to create jobs and giving new opportunities to so many young people who want to enter the labor market.

11. Is my venture scalable?

Of course, the world of jeans is wide and allows us to diversify without problem.

We cannot close to new possibilities but it is something that we have not contemplated to date.

13. What would you not do again?

We do not regret anything because all the blows, problems or adversities that we have faced have taught us to see them as teachers, we have focused on learning what they had to teach us and thanks to that today we have a solid company.

14. Who inspired me?Who would I like to follow?

Our mothers have been and will always be our greatest source of inspiration, women fighters, selfless, workers, capable of fulfilling their dreams, a woman who falls and rises, a real, strong, brave woman, above her possibilities.Even today, in them, we find joy and strength when we believe we can no longer.

15. Did I fail at any time?I thought about throwing in the towel?

In the first trimester of the pandemic we think our company was going to finish, we said: ‘We run out of business, we do not have a first -need product.’But we also realized that we live in a world of drastic and accelerated changes and we had to learn that who does not adapt to these changes tends to disappear, then from the hand of technological tools and new commercial alliances we have managed to grow, consolidate, restore ourselvesAnd we know that today we are more solid than we could be before Pandemia.

17. What am I doing it?Can you impact new generations?

From our personal experience Er-White is a clear example that you have to believe and fight for our dreams and that the best time to undertake is when you want, I am convinced that we all have the potential to do incredible things and today more than ever we haveOur reach all the necessary tools to achieve it.

We are focusing on acquiring knowledge that allows us to transcend and adapt to the new generations taking into account their needs, tastes and preferences.

18. How do I see myself in 10 years and how do I see my venture, my company?

We will be a great company where a work model where our collaborators can achieve a balance between professional and personal growth.We will represent Colombia worldwide with our product, and we will recognize the work and labor of our people and the quality of a 100% Colombian product.We firmly believe that having a garment with a cool and higher quality look should not be precisely unattainable in terms of price.That is why our product has the quality obsession component at the best price.

19. What role have my family and friends played?

The family is the engine of our life and having God is a blessing present in each of our decisions.We know that there is no obstacle that we have not been able to overcome because we have had the support of him, that of our friends and the conviction that it is worth fighting for our goals.

20. I succeeded.Would you help other entrepreneurs to achieve it?

Totally.We do it directly and indirectly both in the people who currently collaborate us, while they finish their careers or are saving to undertake their own business, as with those who are inspired to hear our life story.We are entrepreneurship catalysts.

21. What role did my team play?Who?

Human talent is the fundamental pillar of every company, we currently have more than 600 direct and indirect collaborators where more than 80 % are women, mothers heads of family, young people between 21 and 28 years and people in disability condition.

22. What is my personal seal?What differentiates me from the rest?

Believing is our person seal.We differentiate us that we work daily in the constant improvement of our product, we investigate, create, develop, all in order to be at the forefront and provide our clients with a product that satisfies all their expectations of being beautiful and safe at the time of usingOur jeans.We characterize ourselves by the constant renewal of designs, 12 collections per year, 40 references per collection, 4 mini collections per month, 10 to 14 designs per week in our 5 product lines (Active, Citizen, Ultra Touch, Malibu and Artisan).

23. What have I learned from all this?

With certainty we can deduce that sometimes we forget how fragile life is and how important it is to thank.We often get up thinking about what we do not have, but we do not stop to enjoy what we have achieved with effort.It is not bad to be ambitious and have dreams but that does not distract your path, you have to enjoy the process.In spiteI am here because God has a bigger purpose for me in life.

That is why I can say now: it is time to leave behind the things that do not give you, that do not enrich you as a human being and start forging a life with purpose, that the years that are left to leave their mark on the people whoYou have around you.We work daily so that our four daughters leave a better world than they found.
