The fear of contracting the virus, the lack of humanity and ignorance would have led the local authorities to use a community tractor to bury the woman, outside of all consideration and protocol.
Miguel Marecos, executive secretary of the National Union of Directors of Public Educational Institutions (Sinadi), expressed his indignation regarding the incident and indicated that the case had already been reported to the Public Ministry.

“We found out through social networks that a teacher, Cirila Ozuna, was buried with a loader that belonged to the local commune. We are very outraged because this is how animals are buried, but a human being should never be buried in this way, ”she told the press.
Marecos added that Sinadi's legal team has already taken action on the matter. “This is typified in the Procedural Code as desecration. We have already filed a complaint with the Prosecutor's Office for the investigation of the event and subsequent punishment of those responsible," he said. The fact caused great pain and anger among the relatives of the woman and in a large part of the population.
A similar case occurred last March, when the body of an elderly person who died of COVID-19 in Puerto Casado, in the department of Alto Paraguay (Chaco), was thrown into a common grave from a tractor inside a mortuary bag. After that story went viral and outraged on networks, the body was finally extracted from the well and placed in a funeral drawer.
