The Federation of Rural Women's Associations in Spain (Fademur) and Cortava Agriscience announce the entry of this third edition of the Talent Program in the final stretch of its period of reception of candidacies.Therefore, the interested parties who still want to be part of this program must present their candidacy through the initiative website until January 31.

The Talent Program is a pioneering training and financing initiative for women entrepreneurs in the rural environment who are working on agricultural or agri -food sector projects.With it, both entities intend to highlight the role that rural women play in the sector and support them in the development of their projects.

This year's winners will be announced in an event organized by Fademyr and Corteva within the framework of March 8, International Women's Day.

Rural entrepreneurial women with projects that are located in rural environments (no more than 20.000 inhabitants, except for rural islands and neighborhoods with more geographical dispersion).Also, their projects must be in an initial phase of preparation and planning or already launched and with a new business line or pending improvement.

When the registration period ends, both entities will select the winning projects, based on criteria such as innovation, the fight against depopulation, impact and sustainability, economic empowerment and the possibility of business replica.

In total, three finalist projects will be selected.The first prize will entail an economic endowment worth 8.€ 000, as well as access to the Ruralivity Rural Entrepreneurs, which includes a mentoring and training program throughout 2022.In addition, this award will be accompanied by a dissemination and visibility campaign between associates, institutions, media and social networks.
