The mayor of Mérida, Antonio Rodríguez Osuna, on behalf of his government team, assured this Thursday that "we continue to support local businesses as we have been doing since the beginning of the legislature."

This was stated before the media present at the visit he made, together with the Commerce delegate, Silvia Fernández, to the 'Marengo' store, located in the central street of Moreno de Vargas.

Specifically, this visit is part of the support of the mayor of Emeritus to these city businessmen who have created a new line of clothing with a distinctive seal, which highlights various monuments of the city in an original way.

And, as reported by the City Council in a press release, the exact coordinates of the Temple of Diana, the Aqueduct of Los Milagros and the Roman Theater of Mérida appear embroidered on the garments that have been designed.

"I want to emphasize that we continue to implement local trade aid vouchers, different lines of promotion and all our infrastructure to carry out different fairs and events that constantly support the sector", stressed the highest councilor of the capital extremeña
