In the second match of the British & Irish Lions tour of South Africa, the British Isles team beat Sharks 54-7 (tries 8-1). Due to cases of covid that jumped out in the previous exam, some players and members of the coaching staff were isolated and Warren Gatland had to change the team's formation. OR

On the court, they forgot about their problems and were the usual machine against a Sharks that endured, put up a fight and did what they could against the power of the Lions. In just six minutes of play Lions scored 2 tries, by Josh Adams and Duhan van der Merwe. Sharks tried to hold on but after 19 minutes they were left with 14 due to Wener Kok's booking, which opened a door for Lions to score the third trial, again with Duhan van der Merwe. At the end of the first half, Bundee Aki supported the fourth.

In the second half, Sharks had more of the ball, but Lions was the one who scored with the recovered ball. Just a trial for Sharks, with a deep play on the right that ended with James Venter in the visiting ingoal. .
