In Medellín, the International Black Novel Congress has been organized since 2010 to investigate the situation of crime in contemporary society and in our country.Its director is Professor Gustavo Forero Quintero and the headquarters is the Faculty of Communications of the University of Antioquia.This Black Medellín project was born from Professor Forero's investigation into anomia in the crime novel in our context.In our environment, crime has been stronger than the State and that society.
