Founded by Alex Seropian and Jason Jones in 1991, Bungie Software Products Corporation — later to be called Bungie Studios after being acquired by Microsoft in 2000 — is a studio that has played a formative role in the development of the FPS genre. What Bungie 30th Anniversary Event content will be available to all Destiny 2 owners?

Starting today, Destiny 2 players can access Quests of Eternity. This activity requires 6 Guardians to join forces via matchmaking to take on hordes of enemies and impress a Star Horse while exploring Xûr's cache of treasures.

As if that wasn't enough, players will be able to get their hands on a new exotic pistol and its catalyst. After completing the corresponding quest step, they will receive Predecessor. Of course, this weapon is inspired by the iconic Magnum from Halo. You can learn more here.

Predecessor won't be the only Halo-inspired weapon.
